Hello, welcome to my website.  I'm currently working at the University of Aberdeen as a PDRF on a SINDRI   funded project using 3D seismic and well data over large swathes of the Faroe-Shetland basin to understand the eruption and evolution of the Paleogene lava fields in the area. Prior to this I undertook a PhD at the University of Birmingham investigating the mechanisms of Sill Emplacment and lateral intrusion of magma into the subsurface. My project involved 3D seismic interpretation in conjunction with detailed structural fieldwork on sill complexes. My main field areas are the Trotternish/Little Minch sill complex on the Isle of Skye, Scotland and the Karoo Intrusive Volcanics in the Karoo Basin, South Africa.
